Tattoo booking request

Tell me what you want
before you choose a date.

This form walks you through the information I need to understand your project. After you send it, you will be taken directly to my Acuity scheduler to choose an appointment and handle the deposit.

How it works

One request. Then you schedule.

I need the idea first so I know what you are coming in for. The form is broken into short steps and explains what information is useful as you go.

01Tell me the idea

Subject, placement, size, color preference, and what matters most.

02Send references

Upload images that explain the subject, mood, pose, or existing tattoo area.

03Confirm the fit

Acknowledge that the final design will be created in the style shown in my portfolio.

04Choose your appointment

After the form is sent, Acuity opens so you can select a time and pay the required deposit.

Booking request

Let's build the right starting point.

This is not the appointment itself. Sending this request gives me the information I need. When you finish, the next screen will take you to the scheduler.

Before you start

Have your idea, placement, approximate size, and any useful reference photos ready. You can upload photos directly from your phone.

Step 1 of 5 Your information

First, who am I talking to?

Use the contact information you want associated with the appointment. This is what will be included with your booking request.

Now tell me about the tattoo.

You do not need to design it for me. Give me the subject, the important details, and enough context for me to understand what you want the tattoo to communicate.

Show me what you mean.

References are for direction, not copying. Send images that explain the subject, pose, lighting, mood, era, texture, clothing, animal, object, or other visual detail that matters to you.

Good reference note

“I like the pose in image 1, the lighting in image 2, and the flower from image 3.” That tells me exactly what is useful about each photo.

Upload limit: Keep all attached images under 7 MB combined so the request can be delivered reliably.

Make sure you are booking me for my work.

My portfolio is the best description of what I do. I primarily work in black-and-grey realism, color realism, portraiture, animals, cinematic or pop-culture imagery, horror, and illustrative realism. Making sure you want that style is important because working within it is how I am able to give you my best work.

Black & Grey Realism Color Realism Portraiture Animals Cinematic / Pop Culture Horror Illustrative Realism
Your idea, my visual language

I will not reproduce another artist's completed tattoo or change into a completely different tattoo style because a reference image uses one. The finished piece will be an original design built in the style represented throughout my portfolio.

Last details, then you can schedule.

Add anything I should know before I see the request. You will be sent to Acuity immediately after this form is submitted.

Quick review

Your name, idea, placement, size, and color choice will appear here before you submit.

What happens next?

Your request is sent first. Then Acuity handles the actual appointment.

After you hit submit, you will land on a confirmation page with my Acuity scheduler embedded directly into it. Choose the appropriate appointment, select an available date, and complete the deposit requirements shown there.
